These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") govern all orders placed through LodgeCastIronSale.com (the "Website"). By placing an order on the Website, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies posted on the Website. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Confirmation
Upon submitting an order, you will receive an automated email confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. This confirmation includes your order number, item details, total amount (in USD), and shipping information. The order confirmation does not constitute a final acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to confirm or cancel orders at our discretion, such as in cases of inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund (if payment has already been processed).
2. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (the day after the order is placed). The estimated delivery time is within 5 days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance (for international shipments), carrier delays, natural disasters, or public holidays. We are not liable for any delays in delivery or any consequences arising from such delays.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and deliverable shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the Customer, or for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
3. Payment Terms
All transactions on the Website are conducted in United States Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods as indicated at checkout. By providing your payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to verify payment information and hold orders pending successful verification.

4. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted. The Customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error by us.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution and payment method. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including covering the cost of return shipping for the defective/incorrect item.
5. Pricing & Availability
All prices displayed on the Website are in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to maintain accurate pricing and inventory information, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the price and notify you. If the corrected price is higher than the original price, we will only process the order with your explicit consent. If inventory is unavailable after order placement, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
LodgeCastIronSale shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use the products, or from any delays in delivery. Our total liability to you for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
