2. Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
2.1 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (i.e., the day after the order is placed). Processing includes order verification, payment confirmation, inventory allocation, and packaging. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2.2 Shipping & Delivery Estimate
After processing, orders are shipped immediately via our trusted global shipping partners. The estimated delivery time is within 5 days from the date of shipment, regardless of the destination (domestic U.S. or international). This estimate is based on standard shipping services and applies to most locations worldwide.

While we strive to meet this timeline, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs clearance procedures (for international orders), carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or remote delivery locations. 3. Tracking Information
